NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Cairns Golf Club will be held in the Clubhouse at 93-103 Links Drive, Woree Qld 4868 on Tuesday 28th November 2023 at 5.45pm.
ITEMS OF BUSINESS

1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 22nd November 2022.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the Reports of Directors.
3. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2023; and the Auditors Report thereon.
4. To Appoint an Auditor.
5. To declare the election of Office Bearers to the Board of Directors.
6. General Business.
